Shipping Policy
Overview
Thank you for shopping with Raadhaye Arts. We aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please read this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the product design, customization and specific requirements. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time
- Domestic Orders (India): 3–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, delivery location, customs clearance, weather, festivals, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are separate from the product price. Charges are calculated based on product, package size/weight, delivery location, accessibility and handling requirements. Remote or special delivery areas may attract additional charges. Applicable charges are communicated before dispatch and the order is dispatched only after customer confirmation.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other charges imposed by their country. Raadhaye Arts is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp after shipment.
Delivery Policy
Please provide accurate address, PIN/ZIP code and contact details. Open Box Delivery is not available. Customers are strongly advised to record a proper continuous unboxing video immediately after delivery for any damage, missing item or transit claim.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.raadhaye@gmail.com for damaged, defective, visibly tampered or missing packages. Share the Order ID, product images, packaging images and continuous unboxing video. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals/public holidays, customs, remote locations, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
